Finally, the trailer of Lisaa starring Anjali is out. It is the first Indian 3D stereoscopic film with horror elements. Makarand Deshpande, Yogi Babu, Brammanandham, Mime Gopi, Sam Jones, and Saleema form part of the cast.
The horror thriller is directed by debutant Raju Viswanath and it is bankrolled by PG Muthiah, who also handles cinematography. Editing is by S N Fazil. Music for Lisaa is by Santhosh Dhayanidhi.Ā On shooting in 3D, Muthiah, says, “I recall very few horror films were made in 3D. In Tamil nothing. So we decided to go for it. We shot quite like how Rajinikanth’s 2.0 was made in 3D format,” he adds.
On choosing Anjali for the role, the director says, “We wanted a girl who can speak Tamil well and also perform best. Anjali fits the bill well. She has given a wonderful performance.”
