Chennai: Two men have been arrested for kidnapping an Independent candidate contesting from the Thiruparankundram constituency.
According to reports, Independent Senthil Raja was canvassing in the constituency when two people, Dinesh and Vinod, kidnapped him in a car.
On a complaint from Senthil Raja, the Thiruparankundram police arrested Dinesh and Vinod today.
