Chennai: Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami extended greetings to YSR Congress Party president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and Biju Janata Dal (BJD) chief Naveen Patnaik for winning in Assembly elections held in Andhra Pradesh and Odissa respectively.
In his letter to Jagan Mohan Reddy, Thursday, the Chief Minister said, “I congratulate you on your historic victory in the general elections to the Lok Sabha and Assembly. I convey my best wishes to you for a successful tenure as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. I am sure that under your stewardship the State of Andhra Pradesh will reach new heights of prosperity and development. I look forward to work closely with you to foster excellent relationship between our States,” he said.
In his letter to Naveen Patnaik, Palaniswami said, “I congratulate you on your historical and commendable victory in the general elections to the Lok Sabha and Assembly. I convey my best wishes to you for a successful tenure as the Chief Minister of Odisha.”
