Chennai: E Tamizharasan (5/57) bagged a five-wicket haul as Vellore skittled out Krishnagiri for 177 in the TNCA Inter-Districts Under-16 quarter-final match in Vellore.
The home team bowled out Krishnagiri in 77.4 overs, thanks to Tamizharasan’s great spell. At stumps on day one, Vellore made 54 for one, in reply to the visitor’s 177.
In another last eight match, Thiruvallur dismissed Kancheepuram for a paltry 71 in 45.3 overs.
