Chennai:Ā Prince of Arcot, Nawab Mohammed Abdul Ali, has stated that some people are planning to form and inaugurate an association, using the name as ‘Nawabs of Arcot Family Association’ (NAFA), 30 June.
They are also using the name of Amir Mahal as their registered office. He said this was distressing and highly objectionable.
In a statement, he clarified that he and his immediate family, including his two sons, have absolutely nothing to do or have any connection with the so-called NAFA in any manner.
The Prince of Arcot urged the members of the public not to be misled by this ‘association’.Ā He said necessary action will be taken in the matter.
