Chennai: Actor Vishal appeared before the Egmore Court for Economic Offences in connection with evading Rs 1 crore service tax.
According to reports, Vishal had not paid up service tax amounting to Rs 1 crore and had been issued summons from 2016. Since he failed to appear before the tax department in response to the summons, a case was filed in the Economic Offences court in Egmore.
So, he appeared in court this morning.
