Chennai: Indian Institute of Technology Madras is organising first Abdul Kalam conference on ‘Sustainable development at sustainable cost’ at Central Lecture Theatre, IIT-M campus, from 11 to 14 July.
Former scientific advisor to APJ Abdul Kalam, V Ponraj, D Y Patil International University, Vice-Chancellor, Prabhat Ranjan, US National Space Society president Mark Hopkins and IIT-M Director Bhaskar Ramamurthi will address the gathering during the inaugural session, at 9 am.
