Hyderabad: Telangana Home Minister Mohammad Mahmood Ali’s grandson landed in trouble after TikTok video showing him sitting atop a police vehicle went viral yesterday.
The video shows Furqan Ahmed seated on the police vehicle with another person, who gets down and lip-syncs a movie dialogue and also allegedly intimidates an IG rank official.
A media report quoting a police source said that all police vehicles are registered under DGP’s name and the said vehicle was allotted to the Home Minister.
Reacting to the news, the minister said that while his grandson was just seated on the vehicle, some local person made the video, and that his Ahmed had nothing to do with it. He further said that he would look into the matter and action would be taken.
