Chennai: Uncovered manholes in Balakrishna Naicken Street pose serious threats to passersby and others, complained Sankaran, a resident here.
“There are three such manholes in the stretch that are in a damaged condition and there is a huge risk of bikers and pedestrians falling into these. The civic body should immediately cover them,” he said.
