Chennai: Viswajayam Foundation, an organisation that strives hard to maintain cleanliness at the cancer ward of the Government Royapettah Hospital and Paediatric Oncology ward at Egmore Children’s Hospital is organising a fund-raising event, Dine and Donate on Sunday, 11 August, at Shree Geetha Bhavan, Avvai Shanmugam Salai, Gopalapuram.
According to a release, at 9.30 am, Sahana Selvaganesh will perform Bharathanatyam, followed by ‘Praana – The essence of life’, a performance from keyboardist Anil Sreenivasan and singer Sikkil Gurucharan at 10.30 am. It will be followed by Namasankeerthanam by Prashanthi and group at 12.15 pm.
Breakfast will be served till 9.15 am and from 12 pm onwards lunch, added the release. For more details and to donate towards Viswajayam Foundation
