Chennai: Thurpparivalan, a selective mystery thriller by Mysskin starring Vishal, Anu Emmanuel, Prasanna, Vinay, Andreah, Bhagyaraj was a good hit at the box office. Meanwhile, the meverick filmmaker is planning a sequel to it.
Pre-production works have begun and the team has started to scout locations for the film. As a start, Mysskin had recently visited the Sherlock Holmes museum in London.
Mysskin had earlier revealed that Thupparivalan is his ode to the famous detective duo Sherlock Holmes and John Watson, the fictional sleuths created by Arthur Conan Doyle.
Thupparivalan 2 will also be produced by Vishal under the banner Vishal Film Factory. Vishal is currently busy with Sundar C directorial titled Action.
