Chennai: Pace bowler Abhishek Tanwar’s six-wicket haul and S Lokeshwar’s unbeaten century helped India Cements -Grand Slam to register a victory against AG’s Office in the 15th VA Parthasarathy Memorial Trophy at TI Murugappa Ground, here, Tuesday.

Batting first, riding on S Lokeshwar’s unbeaten knock of 108 that included eight fours and a six, India Cements Grand Slam put up a total of 305 for the loss of five wickets in 50 overs.

Lokeshwar was ably supported by Bhargav Merai and veteran batsman Ambati Rayudu, both of them scoring fifties.
Chasing 306, AG’s office was bundled out for 167 all out with Abhishek Tanwar registering a six-wicket haul.
