Chennai: TANGEDCO has announced that electricity supply will be suspended in few places in city on Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm for maintenance work.

According to a press release, the power supply will be resumed even before 4 pm if the works are completed. The power supply will be halted in the following areas.

Kottivakkam:Ā VGP Layout Full Area, Annasalai, Palavakkam Kuppam, Sankarapuram, Seashell Avenue, Radio Colony, Chari Avenue, Ram Garden, Jaisankar Nagar, ECR Road One Part, Poonga Street and Ambedkar Street.

Selaiyur:Ā Madambakkam Area of Palayakara Street, Maruthi Nagar, ALS Nagar Part Ramana Nagar, Madambakkam Main Road, North Side, North Mada, East Mada Street, Manicakam Avenue, Alamelupuram, Esther Garden, Padmavathy Nagar Part, Selaiyur Area of Agaram Main Road Part, Vedachalam Nagar, Janakiraman Street, Indira Nagar West, Ex-Servicemen Enclave, Avvai Nagar, New Balaji Nagar Full, Bharathi Nagar, Bajanaikoil Street, Madha Koil Street, Palayathan Street, Ranganathan Nagar Part, Harrington Road, Burma Colony, Ranganathan Street, Karnam Street Full, Ramasamy Street and Eswaran Koil Street.
