Chennai: BasicFirst, a technology-based e-learning platform, announced the launch of “Recharger Program” with an aim to create 50,000 women edupreneurs in the next three months.
The programme authorises a special point of contact in local geographies to recharge a BasicFirst student’s “Rent-a-Tab” or any of their other e-learning subscriptions, thereby enabling women homemakers across the country, in particular, to bring home a significant additional income.
Commenting on the launch of the Recharger Program, founder and CEO, BasicFirst, Randhir Kumar said, “Through our Recharger Program we want to bring BasicFirst to the student’s door-step. At the same time, we have, through research, identified that women homemakers would be an innovative strategy as it would economically empower women, thus creating the possibility of women edupreneurs across the length and breadth of the country.”
