Pachaiyappa’s enters IITM Sanmar T20 final

Chennai: G Kishoor took a four-wicket haul as and came up with an outstanding spell against Vivekananda College here, as Pachaiyappa’s College entered the final of the IITM Sanmar T20 League winning by nine wickets.

In the last four stage , Batting first, Vivekananda was skittled out for 69 in 16.4 overs, thanks to Kishoor’s four-wicket haul. He conceded only five runs during his match-winning effort.

Pachaiyappa’s made short work of the target, getting to it in 11.3 overs. In the other semi-final, Gurunanak College A defeated Gurunanak College B by a margin of 23 runs.

Brief scores:

Gurunanak College A 140 for 7 in 20 overs (V Bharath Hariharan 35, Vignesh Yadav 31, Milton 4/26) beat Gurunanak College B 117 for 8 in 20 overs (Risheek 25, TD Lokesh Raj 4/14);

Vivekananda College 69 all-out in 16.4 Overs (G Kishoor 4/5) lost to Pachaiyappa’s College 75 for 1 in 11.3 Overs (AS Santhosh 49*).
