Chennai: Tamilnadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami will chair a meeting of the State Cabinet at the Secretariat here tomorrow, where important issues are to be discussed.
According to sources, subjects such as clearing the proposals of various companies which are keen to invest in Tamilnadu, policy decisions of multiple departments and the upcoming local body polls are to be discussed at the Cabinet meet.
Earlier this month, the Cabinet cleared expansion of industrial projects. According to reports, the Chief Minister had discussed the mode of election of Mayors of municipal corporations and chairpersons of municipalities and town panchayats, which were reverted from indirect election to direct election last year.
