Chennai: Nellai Nadar’s AP Pragdeesh Kumar socred a vital century to help his team defeat St Bede’s AIHSS in the semi-finals of the TNCA City Schools U-14 Tournament for B Somasundaram Trophy played here, Thursday.
Pragdeesh scored 112 off 133 balls to help his side post a total of 260 for the loss of seven wickets in 50 overs. Chasing the total, St Bede’s AIHSS could only manage 233 for the loss of eight wickets as they lost by 27 runs.
