Chennai: Keeping in view the current scenario of lockdown in the country with everyone advised to stay at home, Meenakshi Mission Hospital and Research Centre (MMHRC) has introduced ‘MMRHC Consult’, a video consultation and advice service to provide patients with expert medical help at their doorstep.
‘MMHRC Consult’ is a telehealth service introduced by MMHRC to help patients consult medical experts within the convenience of their homes. Patients can simply log on to www.mmhrc.com and click on the ‘video consultation’ option and connect with a physician of their choice, said a press release.
“Experienced doctors will be available between 8 am to 8 pm for advice and consultation. This service can be useful for those who are suffering from common ailments as doctors can diagnose the problem by understanding the symptoms and then prescribe medications or dispense advice about different treatment modalities,” it added.
