In an endeavour to mark the sixth International yoga day and recognise the importance of yoga and naturopathy in helping people deal with the increased depression and anxiety due to disruptions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Ramanaa Health Clinic, Arumbakkam will organise a daylong virtual yoga session on 21 June.

In addition, the participants will also have a chance to meet and interact virtually with some of the best wellness experts, doctors and therapists in the industry, who will be speaking and sharing their insights on the benefits of Yoga and Naturopathy in our battle against Covid-19.
Heartfulness Institute, in partnership with the Ministry of Ayush and the United Nations Department of Public Information, will be hosting a global Yogathon.
The event will go live on 21 June at 7 am.
