Amidst lockdown, her movie Danny is releasing in OTT platform Zee5 on 1 August. It is an action film written and directed by Santhanamoorthy. The film has Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the main role as a cop.
An actress with immense interest to serve society, Varalaxmi says that her NGO Save Shakti has been championing the cause.
‘We do a lot to empower and educate women’. And she also hints at entering politics but not very soon. ‘Our country needs people who boldly voice out their opinion’, she added.
