Putting Telugu remake of Lucifer remake on the back burner, top Telugu actor Chiranjeevi has decided to take up #Vedhalam remake.
Meher Ramesh will direct the film. Anil Sunkara and Ram Charan will bankroll the project. The film is likely to be announced on Chiranjeevi’s birthday (Aug 22).
Vedhalam written and directed by Siva, and produced by Aishwarya, featured Ajith Kumar and Lakshmi Menon in the lead roles, with Rahul Dev, Kabir Duhan Singh, Shruti Hassan and Soori in supporting roles. Music was by Anirudh.
