Chennai: Tamilnadu Assembly Speaker P Dhanapal today reviewed the safety measures carried out at the Kalaivanar Arangam in Chepauk where the upcoming Assembly session is expected be held.
After reviewing the situation Dhanapal said that the it is not finalised whether the Assembly session will be held in Kalaivanar Arangam.
“We have just carried out inspection. Nothing is finalised yet,” he said. It is said that the Assembly will be convened on 24 September.
The previous Assembly session came to an end on 24 March. The session which was slated to happen till 31 March was curtailed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
