Coimbatore: Coimbatore, the second largest city of Tamilnadu which was once showing good recovery rate of Covid-19 cases, has now turned out to be the district with the second highest fresh cases with 392 cases, pushing behind northern districts of Cuddalore, Tiruvallur and Chengalpet which recorded 380, 354 and 352 cases, respectively, on Sunday.
Sources in the industrial city said the spike in cases was due to a couple of clusters and steps are being taken to control the spread.
