Chennai: Updating and upgrading themselves in tune with technology, television makers are no more offering just TV sets, but products loaded with latest features. Let us see updates from two such brands.

The Vu Group has vowed to change customers’ workstyles with its new video conferencing offering. As part of its strategy, it will focus on delivering new age technology to both, consumer lifestyle and business products.

Vu also announced its offering for this new space – an all-encompassing, audio-video collaborative solution, Meeting by Vu. This system promises to make virtual meetings more realistic and lifelike, and offers the best of both worlds – the quality of traditional room-based solutions, and the ease of use and the flexibility of using video conferencing software like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Google Meet and any other video conferencing software that runs on Windows 10.

Sharp Business Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned Indian subsidiary of Sharp Corporation, announced the launch of PN-CD701, the world’s first ‘Windows Collaboration Display’, which offers ‘best in class environment’ for business meetings with better space utilisation and more productive collaboration with minimal setup.

Windows Collaboration Display – PN-CD701, is specially designed keeping in mind the office and remote working requirements of the large corporates. The next-generation interactive display enables better space utilisation and more productive collaboration in meetings, boardrooms and training rooms which would totally revolutionize the way official conferences are conducted whether working from home or office space. The display comes with certification from Microsoft and Skype for businesses.
