After Sanjay Dutt’s stage 4 cancer diagnosis in August this year, the actor informed fans in a statement that he is taking a short break from work for some medical treatment. In his statement, the actor did not disclose his cancer diagnosis. ‘Hi friends, I’m taking a short break from work for some medical treatment. My family and friends are with me and I urge my well wishers not to worry or unnecessarily speculate. With your love and good wishes, I will be back soon (sic),’ he wrote. The shooting for KGF Chapter 2 was stalled due to the ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic. Sanjay, who was set to resume work after some relaxations in the government’s orders, flew off to Dubai with his family for his further treatment.
