Chennai: National Institute for the Empowerment of persons with Multiple Disabilities, Chennai (NIEPMD), working under Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, has organised an awareness programme relating to the Covid-19 preventive measures to be taken by housekeeping and security staff.
Dr Nachiketa Rout, Officiating Director, NIEPMD Chennai, inaugurated the programme and gave his speech.
Dr Kolli Raju, Officer In-charge, Homoeopathy Research Institute for the Disabilities, Chennai Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy, Ministry of Ayush, participated as guest of honour and gave his lecture on how to improve the quality of life to enhance the immunity among the people by taking protiens, fats, fruits, vitamins, minerals etc in the daily diet.
