Chennai: Federal Bank has launched a video chat facility named Vmeet for interacting with customers all over the world. The solution is designed to overcome Covid-induced challenges in meeting customers face to face.
The facility is designed to enable the bankâs relationship Managers and branch Heads to interact with customers, spread across various countries, in a safe and secure manner, said a press note.
The solution prides itself on ensuring that all discussions are confidential. The official launch of the facility was done by Shalini Warrier, Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer and Business Head â Retail of Federal Bank, by conversing with Souparnika Nair, a ten-year-old singing sensation.
