Chennai: Chennai Food Bank celebrated Deepavali with frontline Covid warriors by distribution of 1500 sweet boxes to doctors and workers of Government Medical College, Omandurar Government Estate, Chennai in the presence of Dean Dr Jayanthi.
Chennai Food Bank managed by The Rajasthan Youth Association Madras Metro Trust, celebrated the festive season with the doctors and other supporting frontline employees at the Government Medical College, Omandurar Government Estate, Chennai.
Sweet boxes were given to around 250 doctors, 500 nurses, 300 paramedical and support staff and 350 housekeeping and security personnel etc.
The distribution was coordinated with the Nodal officer, Dr Ramesh Mahalingam and Dr Bakthavatchalam.
