On Deepavali, the trailer of filmmaker Ponram’s MGR Magan was out. Directed by Pongal of Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam, the movie is expected for release soon.
Sasikumar, Sathyaraj, Mrinalini Ravi and Samuthirakani play key roles. Popular singer Anthony Dasan, who has sung hit songs like Sodakku Mela, Kaasu Panam etc has turned music director for the film. Sathyaraj is playing a character called MG Ramasamy, and Sasikumar will be seen as his son. Their relationship is an important aspect of this film. Saranya Ponvannan plays Sasikumar’s mother.
