Chennai: Assistant Public Relations Officer V Rahulan assumed office as the Public Relations Officer at the Secretariat on Tuesday.
In a shuffle and transfer of various officers, the Secretariat’s Public Relations Officer Sheik Moideen was transferred, following which Rahulan got promoted.
