Chennai: The ‘all new’ Jeep Compass was unveiled in Chennai. The new model, according to the automaker, has been engineered to endure the harshest conditions.
The body is made up of high ensile strength and TRIP steels, for increased body strength and rigidity.
It was unveiled at VTK Automobiles by actresses Akshara, Nakshatra Nagesh. Venkat Teja, managing director, said the Compass comes with over 50 safety and security features.
“It is powered by a 2.0L Multijet II Turbo diesel engine delivering an impressive 170 HP and 350Nm of torque.”
