Covid-19: India records 12,923 fresh cases and 108 deaths

New Delhi: With 12,923 fresh infections, India’s Coronavirus caseload rose to 1,08,71,294 today.

According to Union Health Ministry data released this morning, the country’s total Covid-19 death toll has increased to 1,55,360 with 108 more people succumbing to it.

The number of people who have recuperated from the disease has surged to 1,05,73,372 and there are 1,42,562 active Covid-19 cases in the country.

According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 20,40,23,840 samples have so far been tested in the country for Covid-19, including 6,99,185 on Wednesday.
