Puducherry: At a time when Puducherry is witnessing back to back polticial twists and turns- resignation of a bunch of MLAs of the ruling Congress and change of Governor- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi visited the Union Territory today.
Meanwhile, the Congress leader will undertake his next phase of campaign and road show in Tamilnadu for three days on 27, 28 February and 1 March.
He will tour Tuticorin, Virudhunagar, Tirunelveli, Tenkasi and Kanyakumari, TNCC president K S Alagiri said.
Speaking to the media, Alagiri said, “We have planned a five-phase campaign schedule for Rahul Gandhi. After his earlier visits for Pongal festival, he will next focus on southern district and interact with farmers, fishermen, small and micro industrial unit owners and address public meetings.”
