Chennai: Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS), an enabler of connectivity and collaboration solutions for businesses in India, hosted the Digital Conclave – ‘Smart solutions for smart banking’.
The virtual round table, the company said, was aimed to enable a platform for industry leaders to share their insights on technology imperatives for banks to re-engineer processes, network their branches more efficiently and optimise their internet and mobile banking and customer relationship management, among others.
Moderated by Ravikiran Mankikar, a noted name in co-operative banking and technology implementation, the panel discussion saw some valuable insights form the industry leaders.
Giving his views on the subject, Kalidas Ks, vice-president, Tata Tele Business Services said, “During the pandemic, adoption of digital channels increased tremendously as the customers restored to using online banking facilities rather than visiting the banks.”
