Srinagar: Three terrorists were killed by security forces during an anti-terror operation in in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district. Two of them were involved in Thursday’s attack on a BJP leader’s house in Srinagar, police said.

The terrorists were trapped in a three story house at Kakapora in Pulwama district where heavy gunfire and blasts have been heard since morning.
On Thursday, a house guard of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Anwar Khan was killed after his residence was attacked by terrorists in Srinagar’s Nowgam.
“One sentry Rameez Ahmad, critically injured in the attack succumbed to his injuries,” the police had said.
