Chennai: Byju’s is all set to acquire Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) through a strategic merger.
According to a statement, the partnership to combine the former’s leadership in education technology and the latter’s expertise in test preparation services to create greater value for the student community.
AESL founders J C Chaudhry and Aakash Chaudhry would continue to spearhead AESL’s growth and expansion. Also, Aakash founders and Blackstone would become shareholders in Byju’s.
