New Delhi: A 10 pm to 5 am night curfew will be enforced in Delhi till 30 April, the city government said today amid a rise in Covid-19 cases.
This comes at a time when Delhi reported about 3,500 infections daily for the past two days with a positive rate of above 5 percent.
Only recently, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal insisted that lockdown cannot be a solution in the fight against the pandemic.
On 2 April, he had categorically stated that the government does not plan to impose any lockdown.
