Chennai: On behalf of the Tamilnadu Para Olympic Association, groceries were provided to 60 disabled athletes on the eve of Olympic Day.
Chief Guest for the occasion C Latha, general secretary, Tamilnadu Athletic Association along with the Tamilnadu Paralympic Association president Chandrasekhar and other office-bearers presented the items and encouraged the athletes. This initiative by the Tamilnadu Para Olympic Association, was to help the athletes recover from the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Actress Upasana was also present to encourage and support the para-athletes.
