Friendship starring Arjun, Bigg Boss fame Losliya, Sathish and cricketer Harbhajan Singh will be out in theatres this September.The film is directed by John Paul Raj and Sham Surya and produced by Seantoaa Films and Cinemass Studio.
Said the filmmakers, ‘It would be a special film set in Kovai. It speaks about friendship. We cn call it a film like Pudhu Vasantham. Boys and girls can be just friends. Also there is a strong message. Arjun was impressed listening to the story and readily agreed to do it’.
Losliya and Harbhajan have done their part well. Both were co-operative. There is a Rajinj anthem for which Harbhajan has shaken his legs’, he added.
‘Arjun was so impressed watching the movie that he said he got a positive vibe similar to Gentleman and Mudhalvan after working in Friendship’.
‘Friendship has come big and beautiful. Everyone will be thoroughly entertained’, they add.
On her part, Losliya said, ‘I heard the story when I came out from Bigg Boss house. I was impressed with the story.
Shooting was a great challenge and ir was equally thrilling when I had to dub myself for the role’.
To do a movie with such a team of talents was heartwarming and I learnt a lot, she added.
Losliya added, ‘I want to varied roles. Audience should be entertained and engaged’. Losliya is currently with a couple of untitled projects besides Google Kutappan.
