The second part of Don’t Breath is action aplenty with a tinge of emotion. It is Stephen Lang’s show all the way. He is back as the retired and visually-challenged Navy SEAL Norman Nordstrom. He unleashes more carnage on wrongdoers. This time around, the hunter has become the hunted as the veteran looks to protect his daughter from a gang of ruthless organ traffickers. Stephen Lang is as his brutal best as the wily soldier who uses his blindness to his advantage.
Blind veteran Norman Nordstrom has been hiding out for several years in an isolated cabin with a young girl. When a group of unseemly criminals kidnaps her, he’s forced to tap into even darker and more creative instincts in an effort to save her.
Directed by Rodo Sayagues which happens to be his maiden directorialventure, the movie begins on a slow note only to gather momentum as it progresses. Remember Rodo Sayagurs wrote screenplay with Fede Álvarez, the director of the first film, 2016’s Don’t Breathe. The sequel is produced by Álvarez, Sam Raimi, and Robert Tapert, and Brendan Sexton III and Madelyn Grace play key roles with Stephen Lang.
