Hyderabad: Continuing his tirade against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has said if the NDA government fails to extend support for the State’s development, Modi will be chased out of power.
He said that he will plunge into national politics to root out the Narendra Modi government ‘for failing to address the issues of the states and fulfill people’s aspirations’.
Speaking at a public meeting in Yashwantpur in Jangaon district after inaugurating the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) district office, Chandrashekar Rao said he was ready to play a key role in national politics to break ‘Delhi Fort’ if the situation demanded.
KCR criticised the Centre for allegedly allowing big businessmen to loot lakhs of crores of rupees and then escape, like Nirav Modi and Vijay Mallya.
‘With Modi’s support they fled the country and he helped them by repealing their loans,’ he alleged.
Ridiculing PM Modi’s ‘doubling the farmers’ income’ slogan, KCR said with the rising fuel and fertiliser prices investment of farmers has doubled.
