Waiting to see my fans in theatres, says Suriya

Director Pandiraj’s eagerly-awaited Tamil action thriller ‘Etharkkum Thunindhavan featuring Suriya and Priyanka Arul Mohan in lead roles, The movie trailer was released on March 2, Wednesday.
The who’s who of the movie came together for a gala event in Chennai to celebrate the occasion.
Speaking at the event, Suriya said, ‘it is happy to have my movie back on cinema halls after almost three years. Waiting to see people come with families to see the film’.
He recalled the difficulty with which they shot the movie amidst difficulty during Covid tines.
On his part, director Pandiraj, ‘It os a mass commercial family rural drama. A good story will select its own team. Thankfully after Sun Pictures stepped in, everything happened fast. We had a great experience shooting for the film. And the fans of Suriya have been urging me to work with him for some time’.
The movie would be out in tbeatres10 March.
Actress Priyanka Mohan, Sathyaraj among others spoke on the occasion.
