Chennai: Casagrand has announced the launch of Luxeria at Navalur. According to the building company, the 6.98 acres project boasts 128 villas designed with modern architectural elevation, providing residents with over 20 amenities and features.
‘The project holds an efficient building footprint with 65 per cent of open space, along with palatial 3 and 4 BHK Villas starting from Rs. 1.4 crore,’ a company statement said.
