Chennai: Hyderabad Police has registered FIR against BI Marketing and Services Pvt Ltd based on a complaint received from Daiki Axis for allegedly supplying under capacity Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and collecting extra money.
‘Due to supply of an under capacity plant, the customer faced overflow after installation of STP and negative observations from local pollution control board officials,’ said a press note from Daiki.
The company said that Daiki is a worldwide well-known manufacturer of STP using Johkasou Technology and it will take strict legal actions to recover damages caused to the reputation and goodwill of Daiki.
