New Delhi: India reported 861 new Covid-19 cases and six deaths in the last 24 hours. Active cases tally stood at 11,058 (0.03 per cent).
Weekly Covid-19 cases continued to decline in the country but the fall was slowing down as the number of fresh cases inched up in Delhi, Haryana and Gujarat while a few other States showed signs of the Covid curve flattening.
The daily positivity rate was recorded at 0.25 per cent and the weekly positivity rate was 0.23 per cent, according to the Health Ministry.
The number of people who have recuperated from the disease has gone up to 4,25,02,454, while the case fatality rate was recorded at 1.21 per cent.
