Chennai: Tamilnadu Governor R N Ravi will inaugurate a two-day conference of Vice-Chancellor of universities in the State on 25 and 26 April at Raj Bhavan, Udhagamandalam.

The conference is being organised by the Raj Bhavan, Tamilnadu.

According to a press note, the aim the conference is to come up with ideas and action plan for ‘India’s Role in emerging New World Order’ and ‘India to be World Leader by 2047.’

‘In this two days conference Professor M Jagadesh Kumar, Chairman, University Grant Commission and Sridhar Vembu, CEO, Zoho Corporation will be delivering special addresses.

The Vice-Chancellors of all the State Universities, Central Universities and Private Universities in Tamilnadu are participating in the Conference along with their Professors and Associate Professors,’ it added.
