The 75th edition of the Cannes Film Festival is all set to commence on May 16. Deepika Padukone, who is also one of the eight jury members of the prestigious film festival, will grace the red carpet for all ten days.

Apart from this, an industry insider reveals that Akshay Kumar will be travelling to Cannes on May 18.
India will be the official Country of Honour at the upcoming Marcheâ Du Film, organised alongside the Cannes Film Festival, in France. The status also entails that India will be the focus.
