Nenjukku Needhi is a honest and sincere attempt. I am elated at the good response for it, said actor Udhayanidhi.
Directed by Arunraja Kamaraja, the movie a remake of Hindi hit Article 15 featured Udhayanidhi, Tanya Ravichandran, Yamini, Illavarasu, Suresh Chakrvarathy, Mayilsamy among others. Produced by Zee Studios and Bayview Projects in association with Romeo Pictures,it managed to collect well at the box office.
Speaking at the thanksgiving meet for Nenjukku Needhi, Udhayanidhi said, ‘I take this opportunity to thank my filmmaker and dedicate the success to hom and how wife, who passed away recently due to Covid. The whole cast and crew gave their best’.
On his part, Arunraja Kamaraja expressed his gratitude to Udhayanidhi.
He thanked him.for getting the title Nenjukku Needhi for the film for it is the name of a book written by his granddad and former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi.’
The likes of Illavarasu, Mayilsamy, Suresh Chakrvarthy, Tanya among others spoke on the occasion.
