ITC Grand Chola presents ‘Curry Fest by Flavours’ a new and refreshing menu for home delivery and takeaway that guests can order and savour the rustic flavours of India, at the comfort of their homes.
A press release said that the event is a celebration of India’s historical and flavoured cuisine.
This menu showcases a caringly selected, repertoire of timeless curries researched and recreated by our master chefs, while staying true to regional and local influences. As traditional curry flavours take centre stage, these menu signatures are mindfully-prepared by our chefs with utmost care and hygiene, the release added.
It further said that the menu features an array of curries encapsulating the true essence of India, from Kai Kurma, Nimona Kofta, Vendakai More Kuzhambu, Jhinga Salan, Mangalorean Fish Curry, Murgh Qorma, Gongura Mamsam, Gosht Niihari and many more.
