Call it a success for Edappadi K Palaniswamy. A division bench of Madras High Court today comprising Justice M set aside the status quo orfer of a single judge passed in favour of O Panneerselvam. Hearing apetition filed by EPS faction against the Single Judge order, Justice Duraiswamy and Justice Sunder Mohan set aside the status quo ante order.
